Embed Index on PDF output in BI Publisher

We're currently printing invoices using BI Publisher in one massive PDF file (about 60k invoices) and the client would sometimes need to go through it to look for a specific invoice. I was wondering if it would be possible to embed an index on the PDF file generated by BI Publisher to improve searching. Normally they would do the indexing as a separate process after the file has been generated.
