reboot of clous instance is necesary when setting USE PRIORITY IN BUNDLING parameter?

iis it neccesary to reboot instance when changing  poarameter USE PRIORITY IN BUNDLING to apply for a new planning? 

i tested a change with this parameter and it not works, so for one day to other, it works; my test instance was refreshed and i replicated this same change on parameter but it does not work again, so i thing a reboot is necesary but i am not shure, can somebody help me to understand?
