Project Contracts - Start Workflow - Functional not available in this responsibility

Hi,

We are Oracle Application R12.1.3 version and have always used Start button to initiate the Project Contracts workflow from any responsibility and it works fine. We are testing RPC5 in our test instance and apparently we are not able to start/approve the workflow anymore from 1 specific responsibility. It works fine in the instance this rollup patch is not applied.

Contract Organizer -> Create a new Contract -> Administration tab -> Select Type: Approve, Workflow Name: OKE Contract Approval, QA Checklist: Default Project Contracts Quality Assurance Check List,

Hit Start button: Error - Function not available in this responsibility.
