Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to track changes made in Customer Master

We would like to track (audit) on customer master, To know who made changes, what was old value and what new , in which field with date and time.

Is there any query or report, which help to get this information from Oracle 12.2.4
