How to track Purchase order lead time

For PO we have standard lead time, then there are cases when we import by air so transit lead reduces,

How to track it from PO

in Short suppose for Item X -Standard Lead time is 50 days, while by air it comes in 5 days.

In this transit lead time reduces. How to track that..
