Oracle 11i vs R12

Hello. We're currently on 11i version and as we all know, this is a very old version of the Oracle. We have submitted some enhacements found in the web and noted some during the presentation given by our Oracle Partner, but still, management is not being cooperative on this and wants to know more reasons why we need to upgrade. I'm with the maintenance side, so basically, I'm part of the team who looks for enhancements for the EAM module. Currently, I have noted things on the attached but would need to ask for anyone's input regarding this that can
