How to update / change label for a user defined dimension

The client environment version: RDF 10.5; RPAS 11.0.4.

We patched the server to create new user defined dimensions. However, out of 15 such dimensions added, one of the dimensions need a label update. Changing the label name in configuration and then patching again, doesn't address the issue.

While going through the community posts, I came across a similar concern and apparently -patchinstall is not the solution. Only -fullinstall addresses the issue. Is that true?

Also, dimensionMgr utility is not supported on the current version, so I'm not able to manually update the dimension properties.

Please suggest a solution.
