APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 3114 in FDFGVD in Transact move order form

I receive this error when i goto Transact move order >> choose line >> allocate >> view update allocations >> If you want to change the locator before transact the line, a strange error occurs.

Maybe related to locator "131-LM SPAIN". If you choose the locator from time to time strange error messages pop up. Run into a cycle and Oracle shuts down.

pls advice.
