EBS RFQ's and Quotations in PurchasingAdmin

Good morning,

I am looking for a way to keep Quotes that we have received from Suppliers using Oracle EBS 12.2.4.  These quotes in a variety of formats, none of which are usually a spreadsheet.  We have been looking at the RFQ and Quotation ability within EBS Purchasing.  Does or has anyone used this without using the RFQ portion?  Does anyone use the Quotes form as more of a searchable quotes repository for users rather than for a bid process?  Just looking for any and all ways that the RFQ and Quotations may have been used by others.  From my research so
