RMAN-00554: initialization of internal recovery manager package failed RMAN-04005: error from target

Hi All,

I'm getting below error while connecting one of my standby database thru RMAN.

Its seems DBMS_STANDARD package has corrupted, to resolve this issue i need to re-run catproc.sql and catalog.sql but i'm not sure that i can run this script in Primary DB or not.

the status of DBMS_STANDARD object is valid.

Could you please  provide suggestion  for this issue?

Env details:

OS:AIX

DB Version: 10.2.0.2.0 - 64bit

Error:

RMAN-00554: initialization of internal recovery manager package failed

RMAN-04005: error from target database:

ORA-06554: package DBMS_STANDARD must be created before using PL/SQL

RMAN-04015: error setting target database character set to US7ASCII
