Items are not showing in Sales Order Form.

Dear All,

We have applied some patches for Oracle Warehouse Management on Test Instance for some issues and its was working fine, now there were about 8 patches which we again applied in fresh clone with one Go. After applying we analyze that in Sales Order we are not able to see the items.

I have checked all all the setups, its working fine but no item is showing, now I don't know because of which patch this issue arrived.

Can any body faces this issue? Please help me out to resolve this.
