Txn error - The Party account doesn't belong to as mandated by TCA

Hi,

We find an instance didnt get updated due to txn error in IB

The Party account doesn't belong to as mandated by TCA. Please check TCA tables.

Could someone please advise how to fix this issue and reprocess the txn. Attached is the error diagnostics program log against the material txn.
