How to define Picking Rule Based on FIFO Method?

Dear All,

We have a requirement that if we make a receipt of Item A with serial 1 - 10 and after that same item receipt with Serial no 11-20. Then when I am going to run the pick release so system will automatically select the serial 1 and then 2 , 3, 4.

So how its possible that I could set a picking rule based on FIFO receipt along with serial no.
