Cannot "Select All" in Bank Statement

Hello Experts!

We would want to "Select All" transactions available for recon but this is greyed-out. And it's taking us time to tick one by one all the rows to reconcile.

Is there an easy way to do this? How to Enable "VIEW > SELECT ALL" function in Bank Statement Line Available for Recon window?
