gc block lost

Hi Experts.

I'm Linux SA supporting servers where ORACLE RAC 4 nodes 11gr2 is running,  DBA is complaining they see gc block lost frequently in DB end its due to cluster interconnect  issue

we are using bonding interface for cluster interconnect with link aggregation bandwidth of 20gb (bond2 link=up 20000Mb/s full) and we see below status on netstat -s

Sat Oct 8 08:18:33 UTC 2016

208 fragments dropped after timeout -- IP

405 packet reassembles failed --IP

3654 packet receive errors -- UDP

we see more packet receive error in UDP . this is value set for socket buffer size.

net.core.wmem_max = 1048576

net.core.rmem_max = 16777216
