How to change approver for one type of message in HRSSA workflow?

Hello,

The HRSSA workflow, has a message_name HR_EMBED_RN_NTF_APPR_MSG, 'Class enrollment for%', which notifies the supervisor that the learner has enrolled in a course, and asks the supervisor to approve it.

For this workflow message, we want to find the approver differently, so we can send it to to someone else in the organization for approval.
 
What must we do to make this change?  Please assume I do not know too much about workflows.
