How to set sales order with auto zero cost

Hi

     I want use sales order to adjustment AR accounts (no need inculde inventory and cost), so how to  get zero price automatic when create sales order

     for example:

     sales order no-stock line type but use a inventory item code,   16001 SJ order  with item code A, total adjustment sale amount 1000 USD, but the order have cost of item A, how to clear the cost automatic when create the order?
