Patch 5970687 fails while converting to MO before upgrade

hi,

(1)  Apply patches 5970687 and 5965493 before upgrading to R12 -- This patches has to be applied on ASCP environment and Source EBS environments or only ASCP evnironment.

While applying 5970687 patch on ASCP (V11.5.10.2) environment patch failed on below worker. How to proceed further to convert to MO.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file wfxmlchk.sql on worker  1.

           FAILED: file fnd_datasec_preupgrade1.sql on worker  2.

           FAILED: file fnd_datasec_preupgrade2.sql on worker  3.

           FAILED: file fnd_datasec_preupgrade2.sql on worker  4.
