Extra workflow process showing up in workflow deployment

Hi,

it seems like theres an extra duplicate workflow process with the same name appeared with a "Simulation: " (created by shows me) prefix. Does anyone know how this happened. Last i did was do a simulation from my local tools connecting to server on that specific workflow

example lets say i have "XXX" workflow then in under the workflow deployment active workflow window "Simulation: XXX" version is also the same as the latest versionof XXX
