Transfer created at Store(SIM) not flowing to Warehouse(RWMS)- V15.0.1

Hi Experts,

We are facing Issue while creating Store to Warehouse Transfer. Message is successfully published from ORSIM but it's getting Stuck in RIB-RWMS.

Error Message in RIB_MESSAGE_FAILURE of ORWMS.

javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RDMSUB_ASNIN.CONSUME(?,?,?,?,?)}: [E] ORA-02291: integrity constraint (RWMS15DEV.PO_VENDOR_FK) violated - parent key not found[ORA-02291: integrity constraint (RWMS15DEV.PO_VENDOR_FK) violated - parent key not found]
