Vat Journal into F0911Z1

i am trying to see where the mapping is for Journals with Vat in the F0911Z1 so that it is calculated correctly using the correct VAT code but all i see is 'If the Rate/Rate Area and Tax Explanation Code fields are not passed, this field is ignored.' But i cannot find this field?
