R42950 updates Unit Price and Extended Price for only one of the Sales Order lines

Hello,

We have the issue after the R42950 batch execution for one Sales order. There are total 19 lines in that order with the same Line type and same Item number. After running R42950, we did not have any change in the the Price/Cost for all the lines except for one line, line number-12.

New Unit Price and New Extended Price values are different for this line than other lines.

Can any one help , what can be the issue or scenario which caused the price to be changed only for one line.
