Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hour deduction

Hello,

I need to define a half-hour lunch deduction if the users do not clock out for lunch in a range between 12 and 14 (if they clock, no deduction).

I’ve read what there is in the OTL implementation guide, but it does not seem to be good in my case. Do you have any suggestions?
