WEB ADI R12.2.3 upload throws A Unit of Measure Must be Associated with the Natural Account Segment

Hello,

We are experiencing issue with web ADI upload for UOM, it throws "A unit of measure must be associated with the Natural Account Segment"  Clearing the Web ADI cache did not help.  We bounced the oacore, that fixed the issue.  But the issue started again after couple of days.

Profile "Journals: Mix Statistical and Monetary" set to "yes"

We have a SR with Oracle, just checking if anybody experienced this issue.
