Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

If you have actively failed workers, try "dig.pl" to get the worker and sub-log errors quickly!

There is a perl script, for 11i through 12.1 called "dig.pl", provided with the EBS Patch Log Parser:

E-Business Suite Patching Log Parser (adpatch 11i, 12.0, 12.1) (Doc ID 1590231.1)

This script can quickly get errors from worker logs and push those errors into a text file.

Like the tools, dislike the tools, can't get it to work?? Please provide feedback on these new tools from Oracle Proactive Support!
