How to update listener path in grid control using sql

listener defined in grid control is looking at the previous oracle home, does anyone no what table needs to be updated to point to new oracle home?

Or what steps need to be taken in grid control when a database is upgraded to a new oracle version, using a new oracle home?

I referenced doc id 1502172.1 Listener Shows Incorrect Status In 12c Cloud Control , but could not resolve issue
