Getting an error in when doing RMA receipt for an IB trackable

Hello,

While doing an RMA receipt for an IB trackable item  getting error below. Attached screenshot for details.

The Party account XXXXX doesn't belong to XXX as mandated by TCA. Please check TCA tables.

Any input on the above is really appreciated.
