How to configure When timecards are rejected, original project should change to Rejected Project

Hi All,

We have created one Rejected timecard project so that we can use this project when the timecards are rejected, original project will automatically changed to Rejected project.

Example:

-----------

We have created a Rejected timecard project 'R'.

Employee 'X' entered a timecard with project number 'A'.

it goes to the manager for approval and manager rejected the timecard.

Now system should automatically changed the project 'A' to Project 'R' in the OTL Timecard.

How to configure this ? Any ideas please ?
