Unable to amend the CIP Cost / Clearing account details

Hi,

I'm unable to change the account from the CIP Cost / Clearing account details in asset category.

For some books i'm able to  change and for some FA books i can't.

This is due to some categories having some restrictions or its because the category already have asset data?

Please help.
