OTL Time Card Lock Out during Process to BEE

Im curious how other EBS customers that are using OTL and Payroll are stopping their employees from making time card changes while the seeded OTL to BEE process is running.   We recently moved to EBS and are finding that employees are "touching" their time cards during the OTL to BEE process which changes the status from Approved to Working and is then shorting the employee for that week's hours on payroll.    Is there anything anyone can recommend on how to "lock out" employees during the processing so the approved time gets to payroll?  We also have retro time card entry
