How to deactivate or delete Stock Locators?

Hello,

I am having a situation where by locators were created and some have on hand balance, now the clients wants to have have few changes with the locators, some will maintain the same name some will not.

How do i delete the stock locators currently in the system and create new ones using a different value set.

Anyone with a helpful answer?
