We are planing for EBS R12.1.3 Database Upgrade 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2 on aix5.1_64bit DB node and app

Hi ALl

Our customer requested for DB upgrade from 11.2.0 to 12.1.02 on 12.1.3 (HRMS/Finical). Please can any share the roadmap/highly action plan. it will be appropriated if any can share steps.

Before start upgrade , which are area need to check.
