Query on WLS patching on multiple domians

Hi,

We are planning to apply the WLS 12c julyPSU and we have multiple domains installaled on the servers, one is with WLS12C which we want to apply julyPSU, and we are not touching anything on other two domains which are with WLS 11G 10.3.6,My query is is it ok to stop the WLS services on domain12c before we apply patch? or else stop all weblogic services of other two domains as well?

please confirm on it.
