Pass Through Flag is not avaliable in PDC GUI

Dear Team ,

We are not able to see pass through flag in the pdc gui, which can be used for pass through rating.

Pass through rating is a scenario where the cdr gets the rated amount for that cdr and it does not need any further computation before getting updated into the BRM.
