latest PSU can be applied on old PSU?

Hi,

We are planning to apply the latest july PSU on WLS 12.1.3 but we have last PSU already applied, so now should I undeploy last PSU and deploy latest july PSU or else can I apply Lastest JULY PSU on top of that, please suggest.
