Any alternative tools to DataLoad Professional for uploading to Web-based Oracle forms?

Hi,

Anyone know of any other software tools that can be used to upload data to Oracle Web-based forms besides DataLoad Professional? Preferably something free or trial?  I am asking specifically for Rel12.1.3 web-based forms.  What I've read online in other forums is a bit confusing whether there is or there are no other similar tools.

Another  question is does Dataload Classic (the FREE VERSION) have ANY capability to upload to Oracle Rel12 web-based forms (i.e.: suppliers, banks and bank accounts, Legal Entity Configurator)? Again what I've read online in other forums is confusing whether DataLoad *Classic* can upload any data to a web-based form.
