Labor Distribution and time entry

Is it possible to use Time Entry by Job or Business Unit (061161) and have the labor distribution split?  I know using Time Entry by Employee (061121) will do the 50/50 split that we have set up for certain employees but we upload time using the Interactive Import Parameter into Time Entry by Job or Business Unit so we can do it by location instead of keying one person at a time and the 50/50 split doesn't work.  Is there a processing option we can change or does the upload spreadsheet have to contain the split if we use (061161)?
