Balances on AR Transactions form does not display correctly

Hello

We are currently on 12.1.3. The balances form on some of the transactions , does not display correctly. I am not able to recreate this problem, but occasionally users bring up some trx #'s for which balances are shown incorrectly. I open an SR and get data fix to correct them. I have attached a sample transaction with screen shot- before fix and after fix on my prod instance

I tried to find if there are any patches available that will resolve my issue permanently but not able to find a related one

Could you please advise if any patch exists that can resolve my issue?
