Internal requisition and Internal order using API

We create lot of IR's and ISO's to transfer products within out warehouses to meet our customer needs. Products will be sourced from other warehouses to the customer in very quick time. We have auto approvals setup and a custom wrapper program that kicks off following concurrent jobs

Requisition Import

Create Releases

Create Internal Orders

Order Import

These programs run for every individual IR/ISO's created. They cannot be batched or processed together because of the item availability and first come first reservation methodology.

Are they any API's that can be utilized so that we don't kick off so many concurrent jobs for every IR/ISO. We are in 12.1.3.
