9.2 Project Costing upgrade - data deleted from Proj Resource

We went live with PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 version last week October 3rd, and when we re-start our PC batch processes, some OLTs were deleted  from PROJ_RESOURCE.  The following batch processes also failed:  PC_PO_TO_PC, PC_GL_TO_PC and PC_BI_TO_PC. Did anyone encounter these same issues when you went live and if possible, share with us how you fix it?
