Unable to create dependent task.

in Field Service - EBS (MOSC) Question

I am trying to create a dependent FS task of type 'Dispatch' in task template. When I navigate to dependent task, it looking for a task number and there is no task in LOV. What number is it looking for, What step are we missing to create a dependent task.

We also tried to create the dependent task in Service request form. We created 2 task and navigated to dependencies section, the form is greyed out and unable to make a task dependent on each other.

Is there any setup or profile option what is controlling the dependent task creation. This happens in vision instance.
