When will updates to FAPPKENG.cbl for AY2018 be released?

I noticed some interesting Packaging Messages while trying to test Packaging for AY2018...

Nbr: 10 / Message Number: 9153 – relates to Pell Item Type 

"AY must be 1998-2002 or won’t work properly". 

In digging we are unable to find 2018 listed in the FAPPKENG COBAL program under the “PKG-AID-YEAR” section.  Since there have been some issues with the COBAL’s compiling we were unsure if it was our compilation or if 2018 hasn’t been delivered yet.  Everything else seems to be working fine so we’re leaning towards the update hasn’t been delivered yet.  Any word on when this will happen (another Critical Fix or Bundle #)?
