How to create custom menu for accessing UMX Security wizard for Cash Management without full user ma

Hi,

How can I create a custom menu for accessing the UMX Security Wizard for Cash Management to grant bank account use, maintenance and bank transfer ability down at the USER LEVEL or new user responsibility name?, while preventing access to any other User Management capabilities?

I need to grant the functional support team access to the Cash Management UMX Security Wizard. New banks accounts are requested to get created frequently and Functional Support team needs access on the fly to create and maintain. Now we've added Intercompany bank transfer functionality and processing. Functional Support team also needs to create the Transfer Payment Templates.
