HHT devices are not scanning the chasis label starting with 'J' alphabet

Hi,

We are facing an issue in production instance.

Whenever user is trying to scan the chassis label starting with 'J' alphabet they are unable to scan the labels. Its a customization where we have checked the code but could not find anything. Can anyone help us or guide us to know the root cause.
