Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to increase the rent by different percentages over the lease tenure

Dear Experts,

Would you please help me on the below requirement in Property Manager.

Lease tenure is 3 Years

Rent Increment is 10 for first year, 20 % second year and 30 for third year.

Does index rent increment help to achieve this requirement? if so, please help me with the steps.
