Macros Error when trying to load XML data

Dear All

I am using winword 2013 64 bit. I am trying to load xml data but getting error message: Macros cannot be found. I have enabled all macros but still facing same error. I have googled about this error and found following links

Damir Vadas, Oracle as I learned: The macro cannot be found or has been disabled (BI Publisher and Office 2010)

In these links they are suggesting to changes files in Forms folder but I cannot any file(s) in this folder.

How can I resolve this issue?
