Oracle VM multicast on virtual bridges not working

Hi,

I'm currently trying to setup a 2-node RAC in an Oracle-VM environment (x86) and I'm not able to get over the

multicast test of the cluvfy utility (which I can simulate ./mcasttest.pl -n racnoe01,racnode02 -i eth1 )

OS of the 2 RAC node is Oracle Linux 7.

Oracle-VM server 3.4.1 is hosted on a single machine and I created a network named "rac-interconnect"

which only serves as virtual machine network (no server management, cluster heartbeat, live migration nor storage activated)

In each VM the interface eth1 are the virtual interfaces connected to that bridge.

I managed to user smcroute to get all necessary multicast groups known to both VMs
