Quality Module - 3rd party providing Certificate of Analysis

We are using Quality Module in JDE v9.1 whereby our incoming material are tested before released to manufacturing for usage. For in-house testing carried out, quality department can input the test parameters and then generate the Certificate of Analysis for the results. However there are some material which are tested by 3rd party and they provide to us the Certificate of Analysis. For 3rd party testing, quality department does not want to input the test results into JDE but they do want to capture some indication that the Certificate of Analysis was provided hence material released to manufacturing.

Does anyone have any ideas how to accomplish this in JDE? Thanking you in advance.
