Stocking item without inventory asset value.

Dear SCM Gurus,

I want to maintain stock levels, but don't want them as inventory asset.

I created a quantity tracked sub inventory and item as inventory item, stockable and transactable flags enabled, but inventory asset value disabled.

When I createPurchase order, the po charge account and budget account it is taking from the inventory parameters, where as my expectation is it should consider the account provided in the org item definition under purchasing tab, exp and encumbrance account.

How to achieve this.

I want to maintain the stock, but not as inventory asset value.
