Max radius between deliveries

OTM Community,

Per OTM Help document the definition of Max Radius between Deliveries is: "Enter the Max Radius Between Deliveries. The distance from any delivery stop to the bundle's destination location cannot exceed this distance."

can any of you validate when it refers to "Bundle's Destination Location" does it mean the last stop location of shipment (in multistop sceanrio)?
